Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, therefore we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment and provide us with 24 hours notice, your booking deposit will be refunded in full (this can take between 5-10 working days to reach your account). You can cancel your appointment online, over the phone, in person or via email. Unfortunately if you do not provide us with 24 hours notice or fail to turn up, we will not be able to offer you a refund for the booking deposit.
